The position for office manager you could be making between $40-50k annually in HVAC industry. I also work for family so I understand the dynamics and the pros that come with it. If you are struggling you could run the numbers for your area and discuss a raise at your annual review if they do them at your company. Totally coming from good place sometimes text and comments come across harsh. Either way girl you are an official homeowner and doing great with your savings!

I call it a weed eater, my husband calls it a string trimmer…he said weed eater was the brand name of one of the first ones 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ Oh and I’m from Michigan 😂
